John Jarvis Online

My name is John Jarvis and I live about 1 hour north of Kingston, Ontario, Canada. I am the President and Founder of the Nana Team – The Sakura Project, which is an internet marketing training course. You can find my latest blog post by clicking here. I started out at 15 years old in the construction industry but I was in an accident on the job in Ottawa in 1983 that partially disabled me for life.

I spent many years working on and off as much as possible and found a home in a few traveling bands. I play the drums, bass guitar, and rythym guitar fairly well and I play around with many other musical instruments.

My wife Jana and I found the Home Based Business Industry around 1990 and gave it a shot. We traveled all over North America learning from the best in the industry at the time with a company that was mainly known at the time for selling soap…lol!

Like everyone else we didn’t have much success at it the first few years but then with a juice company that we started in about 2002 we did make a bit of success. And yes, “success” is something that is “made”, not “found”! We were also with a few other companies those years but the juice company provided our main income. We did hit the 6 figure mark for a couple of years.

The John Jarvis Household Expands

I was thinking one day that my boys were growing up fast and that with boys came girls and with boys and girls come … babies!!! I thought while we had the extra income we should expand our home. So we did but by the time it was finished our income dropped to next to nothing.

I always make close friends of some of the people that I “sponsor”. And by the way the word “sponsor” actually means to “do favor for”, not to “sign someone up” and go home and say, “Honey, we made $45 today”! Yee-haw!, in some company that may not be here in a year or two.

So I called a few of my friends up to ask what happened. They said that while I was gone my personal sponsor kept phoning them and telling them that to succeed they had to keep buying this and that to the point of driving them crazy. Some of them even had their phone numbers changed. I was so fed up that I simply threw in the towel.

Now fast forward to 25 months or so ago. Our youngest son Jesse realized how we used to have so much extra money and wanted me to teach him how I did it. I said no way!! He kept after me and after me but I would not give in. Then along came Tylor and Sakura…our Grandchildren. Since there really is no future in our area for young people as we live in the country, I decided that I would train him.

But I told him that if I was going to train him then I would look for 20 other “good” people to train so that they would have someone who actually cares about them more than they care about the almighty dollar. Don’t get me wrong, money is important and a very nice thing to have, but people are more important than money. And it is what we can actually do with that money to help others that is a good thing.

John Jarvis’s ”The Nana Team” Is Born

I searched around for a company with a product that worked for me starting about October of 2009 but couldn’t find one. And I tried for many months and spent a lot of money trying different products from different companies. We actually registered a Domain name …”SuccessOnlineNow.Info” in January of 2010. We don’t own it anymore of course because the “North American Networkers Association” was born a while later. It was started in December of 2010 and it has taken us until now to find these good people. They come from worldwide so we changed our name to the acronym, The Nana Team. It just seemed to fit.

We have the best training and the best trainers that specialize in all areas of marketing online and offline. I am working with people that charge a lot of $’s per hour for their personal coaching and they agreed if I trained their people then they would train mine. All for free…win-win.

I will never charge any member of our team…not even $1 for our free websites or basic internet marketing training course. Right now we just purchased our own server in Texas and Jesse built our own Social Networking site that is similar to Facebook but is also like YouTube and most of the other Social websites all wrapped up into one. We have Video Chat and Video Email that will be available to our members very soon.

Our Nana Team membership will always be free and it includes the free website setup and basic training for those that request one. Even our advanced version of the Nana Team, which is called the Sakura Project will never cost our members more than $1 a day. This includes personal coaching and we set this company up so we can actually pay our members to learn. We will be coming up with our own training DVD’s, Videos, and Ebooks for our members to sell and receive a 50% commission.

I could go on and on but this is just an “about John Jarvis” page and not an essay, so that is it in a nutshell. One final thought is that I care about some of my people as much as I do my brothers and sister. We are a true family and I would never get anywhere without our good members, and the people that are helping me with them out of the kindness of their heart.

One thing that I have learned in life is that if we give of ourselves and expect nothing in return, it will come back to us over and over. Some call it Karma, some call it God, and a few call it the “Universal Law of the Universe”. Whatever it is called, it is true.
